MOEX will implement five measures for national exams in 2025:

(1) Additional exam locations for the civil service elementary exams: New test sites will be introduced in Taoyuan, Yunlin, Pingtung, and Yilan.

(2) Changes to exam subjects for the special examination for civil aviation personnel: Exam categories will be consolidated and the number of professional subjects will be reduced.

(3) Updated eligibility requirements for the first stage of the exam for medical doctors: In-school candidates must complete all required coursework for their academic year at the time of registration.

(4) Changes to the qualification exam for the selection of judges and prosecutors: Adjustments will be made to legal exam subjects, selective professional subjects, and exam methods.

(5) Transition to computer-based testing for speech therapists and audiologists: The senior professional and technical examinations for these professions will move from paper-based to computer-based testing.
